                           Exercise of share options


The Company announces that options to subscribe for 16,000 new ordinary shares
have been exercised by two employees of Peel Hotels plc.


Application has been made for the 16,000 new ordinary shares issued in
connection with the exercise of share options to be admitted to AIM. It is
expected that admission will take place on 10th August 2007.


The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares
