PEEL HOLDINGS PLC
13 October 1999
Peel Holdings p.l.c.
On Monday 11 October 1999 Peel announced its intention to raise approximately
£600 million from the issue of a securitised bond secured against the future
rental income from its subsidiary, The Trafford Centre.
The level of financial information Peel proposes to give to prospective bond
holders in relation to the underlying secured assets is greater than that
presently given to the debenture holders in relation to the assets against
which the existing debentures are secured. In future debenture holders will
receive the audited, annual, consolidated statements. In addition at or
around the time of the Annual General Meeting Peel will present to them a
description of the underlying assets against which the Peel debentures are
secured. They will also be provided with financial information regarding the
company's compliance with its obligations under the debenture trust deeds.
