Further to the announcement on 3 November, the Board of Pelatro (AIM: PTRO) is pleased to announce that Nic Hellyer has been appointed Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") for the Company  on a full-time basis with immediate effect.  Nic has served on the board of Pelatro for the past four years as part-time CFO.
