Pelatro Plc (AIM: PTRO), the Customer Engagement Hub software specialist for enterprises, announces that Richard Day has informed the Group of his intention to resign from his position as Chairman of the Board.
To ensure a smooth transition, Richard will remain as Chairman for the next two months while the search process for a successor is underway. The announcement of a successor will be made in due course.
Richard Day, Chairman of Pelatro Plc, said:
"I know I am leaving the Group in safe hands led by CEO Subash Menon and our impressive management team. The business is doing well, a lot has been achieved and many exciting opportunities lie ahead for the Group. With my commitments to my other companies in mind, this feels the right time to step back from my role at Pelatro. My thanks go out to all our loyal and extremely competent staff, our shareholders as well as our various advisers for all their support."
