Annual General Meeting
London, United Kingdom - Pembridge Resources plc (LSE: PERE) ("Pembridge" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") was held on 21st September 2020 and the outcome of the consideration of the resolutions put to the shareholders.
Like many other companies, Pembridge was not able to post its Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements, which were released on Monday 29 th June, in time to be considered at the Company's Annual General Meeting which was also on 29th June, due to delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Instead, the Company's Consolidated Financial Statements and the re-appointment of the Company's auditors were considered at the EGM.
Voting at the EGM was done by proxy only, following government guidelines related to the Covid-19 pandemic. At the meeting, all resolutions proposed for the meeting were passed, including approval of the Annual Report, the Director's remuneration report and the Directors' remuneration policy, and the re-appointment of the auditor and authority for the Company to agree the auditor's remuneration.
