China Africa Resources announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Cooley (UK) LLP, Dashwood, 69 Old Broad Street, EC2M 1QS on Tuesday 9 June 2015 at 11.00 am.

The Company confirms that a copy of the notice of AGM together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 have been sent to shareholders in accordance with its articles of association and that both these documents are available on the Company's website: www.chinaafricares.com.
