Pennant International Group plc announces that it was today informed that Mrs S
Waller, wife of Mr J M Waller, Finance Director, purchased 40,000 shares in the
Company at a price of 12p per share on 9 August 2002.  Mr Waller is now
interested in 684,097 shares in the Company.  The Company also announces that Mr
Joe Thompson, Chief Executive purchased 40,000 shares in the Company at the same
price on the same date.  Mr Thompson is now interested in 684,097 shares in the
Company.
