Board Appointments

With effect Wednesday 1st September 2004 Christopher Snook joins the board of
Pennant International Group plc and is appointed Chief Operating Officer.   He
is also, with effect Wednesday 1st September 2004, appointed a director of
Pennant Software Services Limited, Pennant Australasia Proprietary Limited and
Pennant Canada Incorporated.  The appointment of a Chief Operating Officer is an
element in the long term succession planning for the business.

Christopher Snook, aged 44, joined Pennant International Group 4 years ago and
is currently Operations Director of the Group's two principal UK subsidiaries,
Pennant Training Systems Limited and Pennant Information Services Limited.
Before joining Pennant he held various senior management positions responsible
for strategic programmes in the automotive and aerospace industries.   He is
particularly well experienced in customer facing operations and in taking
products to market.

In addition to his appointments as a director announced today he is currently a
director of Pennant Training Systems Limited and Pennant Information Services
Limited with no other past directorships.  There is no other information to be
disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(f) of the AIM Rules.

His former experience in the automotive and aerospace industries, combined with
his current experience of Pennant operations, equips him well for this
challenging and important operational role.
