Pennant International Group plc (AIM:PEN), a leading global provider of training technology and integrated product support solutions, announces that its Annual General Meeting for 2021 will be held on 2 June 2021 at 10:00am at its registered office address.
The Notice of AGM is published and available on the "AGM Documents" page on the Company's website ( https://www.pennantplc.co.uk/investors/agm-documents/) with hard copies being sent to shareholders as applicable in accordance with communications preferences. A proxy form for the AGM is also available on the same web page.
