Statement re Share Price Movement

The Directors of Pennant International Group plc have noticed the recent
increase in the Company's share price and announce that the Company is
currently considering an equity fundraising which is expected to be concluded
based around yesterday's closing price.

The Company expects to make a further announcement at the time of the release
of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 1999 which is
scheduled for 29 February 2000.
