Transaction in Own Shares


Pennant International Group plc announces that on 14 December 2006 and 19
December 2006 it purchased 25,000 and 50,000 respectively of its own ordinary
shares of 5p, at a price of 20 pence per share, to be held as treasury shares.

The Company now holds 413,000 ordinary shares in treasury. The number of
ordinary shares remaining in the market is 31,587,000.
