Pennant International Group plc announces that on 9 June 2006, it purchased
82,500 of its own ordinary shares of 5p, at a price of 14.78 pence per share, to
be held as treasury shares. This is the only holding of treasury shares the
Company has and the number of ordinary shares remaining in the market is
31,917,500.
