Transaction in Own Shares


Pennant International Group plc announces that it yesterday purchased 50,000 of
its own ordinary shares of 5p, at a price of 26 pence per share, to be held as
treasury shares. The Company now holds 868,000 ordinary shares in treasury. The
number of ordinary shares remaining in the market is 31,132,000.
