Pennon Group Plc announces that it received notification on 16 and 17 April 2007
pursuant to DR3.1.2R that Ordinary shares of nominal value 40.7p each in the
Company were purchased for the price per share stated below for persons
discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) in the Company on the dates
stated in London, England as follows:

for the year ended 31 March 2006 and were reinvested into ISAs save for those
