DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING
Pennon Group Plc today announced that options over 217,196 Ordinary shares
exercisable at 489p per share were granted on 10 July 2001 in accordance with
the Company's Sharesave Scheme. The options will be exercisable normally
between 2004 and 2008.
Included within the above figure, options over 792 shares were granted to Mr R
J Baty, a Director of the Company.
