It is with deep regret that Pennon Group reports the death of Ms K M H Mortimer, a Non-executive Director.  Kate had been a Director of Pennon for 8 years and had made a significant contribution to the Board and the Remuneration Committee which she chaired.  The Board intends to immediately put in place a process for the recruitment of a new Non-executive Director to replace Kate.  

The thoughts of the Directors of Pennon Group are with Kate's family at this sad time.
