The Board of Pennon Group announces the appointment of Claire Ighodaro CBE as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2019. 

Claire will join the Audit and Sustainability Committees on appointment.

Sir John Parker, Chairman of Pennon Group plc, said:

"I am delighted to welcome Claire to the Board.  Her extensive background in finance and across both regulated and non-regulated industries will be a great asset to the Group and will complement the broad range of skills of the current board.  We look forward to Claire joining the Board."
