2005/06 INTERIM DIVIDEND
Following approval by shareholders of the B Share scheme and the related Share
Capital Consolidation at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 15
February 2006, the Board of Pennon Group has now confirmed the 2005/06 interim
dividend and timetable.
The interim dividend declared by the Board is 16.5p per share payable on the new
ordinary shares of 1221/10p each which were admitted to the Official List of the
UK Financial Services Authority and commenced trading on the London Stock
Exchange on 20 February 2006.
TIMETABLE 2006
Ex-dividend date 15 March
Record date 17 March
Financial year end 31 March
Payment date and despatch of cheques and bank 13 April
