TRANSFER OF SHARES OUT OF TREASURY (LR12.6.4)

The figures in the final two columns of the announcement released at 14:45 today under RNS No. 1001W were incorrectly transposed.  The correct announcement is as set out below.

Pursuant to LR12.6.4 Pennon Group announces the following transfers of treasury shares for the purposes of the Company's employee sharesave scheme:
