Pan Andean Resources announces that application has been made for 100,000 new
ordinary 1p shares to be admitted to listing on the Alternative Investment
Market, pursuant to the exercise of share options. It is expected that the
shares will be admitted to listing and dealings will commence on 15 December
2000.
