The Company has been notified that David Horgan, a director of the Company, has today acquired an interest in 170,000 ordinary shares at a price of 15.5 pence per share.  Following the acquisition David Horgan has an interest in 3,735,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.93% of the Company's issued share capital.
