Pan Andean Resources PLC announces that it received notification today that
the Endeavour Oil & Gas Limited Partnership has sold 350,000 ordinary 1p
shares in the Company, reducing its holding to 5,663,900 shares, representing
approximately 5.82 per cent of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
