Publication of Final Terms
London, 10 November 2023 - The Final Terms relating to the issue by Pension Insurance Corporation plc of £500,000,000 8.000 per cent. Fixed Rate Tier 2 Notes due 2033 (the "Notes") are available for viewing.
The Notes will be issued under the £3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") of Pension Insurance Corporation plc.
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 29 September 2023 (the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
