3 May 2022 PensionBee Group plc Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) PensionBee Group plc (the "Company") notifies that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company (PDMRs) have acquired ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company (the "Shares") as set out below. The following PDMRs acquired shares following the exercise of vested options granted under the EMI Option Scheme under the Company's Historical Share Option Plans, namely the PensionBee Limited EMI Share Option Scheme. Christoph Martin, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 120,664 Shares, following which Christoph Martin holds 560,947 Shares. All shares were exercised at a price of £0.001 per Share on 29 April 2022. The Notification of Dealing Form is set out below.  This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
