1.    The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing.

Supplementary prospectus dated 4 July 2023 (the supplementary prospectus) relating to the Residential Mortgage Backed Note Issuance Programme of Permanent Master Issuer PLC (the Master Issuer).

The supplementary prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 24 April 2023 (together, the base prospectus).
