Headline: Sale completed of Non-Core UK loans.

18 November 2016.

On the 27^th October 2016, Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc announced details of an agreement with an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. for the disposal of circa GBP£2.29 billion of loans held by the Group's UK subsidiary, Lansdowne 199 Ltd.

Permanent TSB Group Holdings confirms that the sale of these assets has now completed and settled in line with the terms set out in the disclosure of the 27 October 2016.
