Further to the RNS announcement of the 19^th April 2016, Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc confirms the above effective date for the appointment of Mr Stephen Groarke as a director of the Company.

Pursuant to Listing Rule 6.6.7 (ISE) and Listing Rule 9.6.13 (FCA) in respect of the above named Director, the Company makes the following Director Declaration:
