The Annual General Meeting of Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc will take place at the Ballsbridge Hotel, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 on Tuesday 14 May 2019 at 11.30 a.m.

(i) Notice of Annual General Meeting; and

(ii) Form of Proxy.
