Group Chief Financial Officer
Permanent TSB has announced that Glen Lucken, Group Chief Financial Officer has informed the Board of his intention to step down from his Executive and Board roles in the coming months to return to the UK for family reasons and to pursue other interests closer to home.
In acknowledging Glen's wish to return to the UK following three years at the Group, Jeremy Masding, Group CEO thanked Glen for the enormous contribution that he has made during that time.
"It is with regret that Glen will be leaving the Group. He has played a leading role in the successful transformation of the Group during his time with us, most notably in the recent capital raise following the ECB's Comprehensive Assessment and associated stress tests. I would like to thank him for the enormous contribution that he has made to the Group and wish him every success for the future."
The Group confirms that a recruitment and selection process to find a permanent replacement for Glen will commence immediately and that a further announcement will be made when this process has concluded.
Group Legal Counsel
Permanent TSB is also announcing that Andrew Walsh will assume a wider brief in the Group Legal Counsel role. This role will now become part of the Group Executive Committee (ExCo).
Andrew joined Permanent TSB on a permanent basis last October, after working for the Group as interim Head of Legal prior to that date. Before joining Permanent TSB, Andrew was a partner at A&L Goodbody, based in their Dublin office.
