Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of,
and to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 1,148,830 Ordinary
Shares of 10p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares, to the Official List.


These shares will be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the
Beazer Group Discretionary Share Option Scheme 1994 (598,830 shares) and the
Beazer Group Sharesave Scheme 1994 (550,000 shares).
