Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of, and to
the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 59,485 Ordinary Shares of 10p
each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to the
Official List.


These shares will be issued as a scrip dividend to those shareholders that
elected to receive the interim dividend for the year to 31 December 2003 in
shares.
