A listing application has been made for 1,180,927 ordinary shares of 10p each in
the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and
to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued fully paid
and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary
shares of the Company.

These shares will be issued instead of the final cash dividend for the year 
ended 31 December 2005.

A copy of the Scrip Dividend Circular has been submitted to the UKLA and is
available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
Facility, which is situated at the Financial Services Authority 25 The North
Colonnade Canary Wharf London E14 5HS
