Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of, and to
the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of, 1,779,224 Ordinary Shares of 10p
each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to the
Official List.

These shares will be issued instead of a cash dividend in respect of the interim
dividend for the year ending 31 December 2005.

A copy of the Scrip Dividend Circular is available for inspection from the
Document Viewing Facility of the UK Listing Authority during the next two
business days and from Hoare Govett Limited up to and including 14 days from
date thereof.
