Directors' shareholdings
Persimmon plc ('the Company') announces that on 5 April 2007 it was advised that
on the same day, John White, Mike Farley and Mike Killoran executive directors
sold the following number of ordinary shares in the Company at an average price
of £14.38 per share and therefore they are no longer beneficially or
non-beneficially interested in such shares. These directors have informed the
Company that they sold these shares in order to settle tax liabilities on the
recent vesting of share rights.
