Directors' Share Transactions
Persimmon plc (the 'Company') announces that on 8 April 2008 it was informed
that David Bryant, executive Director transferred 81,801 shares in the Company
to his wife, Mrs Daryl Bryant on 3 April 2008.
David Bryant also informed the Company that on 4 April 2008, Mrs Daryl Bryant
sold 985 shares in the Company at an average price of £7.191/2 per share and on
7 April 2008 Mrs Bryant purchased 985 shares into an ISA at an average price of
£7.27 per share.
As a result of these transactions David Bryant's holding remains unchanged. Mr
Bryant and his wife remain interested in 512,945 shares or 0.17% of the issued
share capital of the Company (excluding Treasury Shares).
The issued share capital of the Company on 9 April 2008 was 299,897,313 ordinary
shares, excluding Treasury Shares.
