that on that day, John Millar, executive director, sold 4,300 ordinary shares in
the Company at £6.911/2 per share, through his FURB trust. Following this
transaction Mr Millar and his wife are interested in 553,065 shares, being 0.19%
of the issued share capital of the Company.'
