Director's shareholding
The Company was informed on 3 September 1999 of the following dealings by
David Bryant, a Director of the Company.
On 2 September 1999 Mr Bryant exercised share options in respect of 190,497
ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares') at subscription prices of
196p, 210p, 214p and 227p per share. Later that day Mr Bryant sold 190,497
Ordinary Shares at a price of 269.5p per share.
On 3 September Mr Bryant exercised share options over a total of 69,626
Ordinary Shares at subscription prices of 141.5p and 171.5p.
As a result of these transactions, Mr Bryant (and his family) are interested
in a total of 228,045 Ordinary Shares, an increase of 69,626 Ordinary Shares.
