Directors' shareholding

The Company announces that it has been advised that Mr John Millar, a director
of the Company, has today exercised options over a total of 53,578 ordinary
shares at subscription prices of 141.5p and 227p.

Mr Millar immediately transferred these shares to his wife.  Following the
exercise of these options, Mr Millar (and his family) are interested in a
total of 316,453 ordinary shares.
