Proposed New Long Term Incentive Plan

Notice of General Meeting

The Company announces that a circular outlining details of the Persimmon Plc 2012 Long Term Incentive Plan, together with a Notice of a General Meeting and Proxy Form were made available to shareholders on 24 September 2012.  The General Meeting will be held at Persimmon House, Fulford, York, YO19 4FE at 11.00 am on 17 October 2012. 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Documents have been sent to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The Circular and Notice of General Meeting will also be available on the Company's website at www.corporate.persimmonhomes.com
