PERSIMMON: NOTICE ON TRADING UPDATE
London, 12 October 2007: Persimmon plc today announces that, from January 2008,
in accordance with the new EU Transparency Directive, it will be issuing Interim
Management Statements in addition to its regular trading statements.
Persimmon will be holding its next trading update on Wednesday 9 January 2008,
post its year end on 31 December 2007, rather than Thursday 20 December 2007, as
originally planned.
Key dates for 2008:
• Wednesday 9 January: trading update
• Tuesday 26 February: announcement of 2007 preliminary results
• Thursday 24 April: AGM and Interim Management Statement
• Tuesday 8 July: trading update
• Thursday 21 August: announcement of 2008 interim results
• Tuesday 18 November: Interim Management Statement
The preliminary trading update for 2008 will now be held on Thursday 8 January
2009.
