At the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 20 April 2006, each of the
resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting circulated to shareholders on 20
March 2006 was passed.

A copy of the resolution dealing with special business passed at the Annual
General Meeting has been sent to the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
Facility at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS and will
shortly be available for inspection.
