                                  AGM RESULTS



At the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 19 April 2007, each of the
resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting circulated to shareholders on 19
March 2007 was passed unanimously on a show of hands.



Copies of the resolutions dealing with special business passed at the Annual
General Meeting have been sent to the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
Facility at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS and will
shortly be available for inspection.
