In conformity with the Transparency Directive we announce that as at 31 May 2007
the Company's issued share capital consisted of 302,290,990 ordinary shares with
voting rights.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.  Therefore,
the total number of voting rights in the Company is 302,290,990.
