Dividend Declaration

The Board of Personal Assets Trust plc has today declared a fourth interim dividend for the year to 30 April 2014 of £1.40 per share. The dividend will be paid on 17 April 2014 to shareholders on the register on 7 March 2014. The ex-dividend date will be 5 March 2014.

The Board intends to maintain, barring unforeseen circumstances, the payment of four interim dividends of £1.40 per share each to shareholders in the year ending 30 April 2015.
