Dividend Declaration

The Board of Personal Assets Trust plc has today declared a first interim dividend for the year to 30 April 2015 of £1.40 per share. The dividend will be paid on 17 July 2014 to shareholders on the register on 20 June 2014. The ex-dividend date will be 18 June 2014.

The Board intends to declare, barring unforeseen circumstances, three further interim dividends of £1.40 per share to be paid to shareholders in the year ending 30 April 2015.
