Dividend Declaration

The Board of Personal Assets Trust plc has today declared a second interim dividend for the year to 30 April 2017 of £1.40 per share. The dividend will be paid on 13 October 2016 to shareholders on the register on 2 September 2016. The ex-dividend date will be 1 September 2016.

The Board intends to declare two further interim dividends of £1.40 per share to be paid to shareholders in the year ending 30 April 2017.
