Dividend Declaration

The Board of Personal Assets Trust plc has today declared a fourth interim dividend for the year to 30 April 2016 of £1.40 per share. The dividend will be paid on 21 April 2016 to shareholders on the register on 11 March 2016. The ex-dividend date will be 10 March 2016.

The Company intends to maintain the level of annual dividend at £5.60 per share.
