* These shares have been issued from the Company's various block listings. The
Company also bought back 500 shares in August, 3,402 shares in September, 2,080
shares in October and 2,750 shares in December. These shares are held in
Treasury.



There were 735,624 shares in issue as at 31 December 2006.  This gives a market
capitalisation of £193.1m, based on a closing mid-price of £262.50.
