*These shares have been issued under the Company's various block listings.  The
Company also bought back 2,900 Ordinary Shares in December 2005. These shares
are held in Treasury.



There were 731,502 shares in issue as at 28 February 2006.  This gives a market
capitalisation of £184.0m, based on a closing mid-price of £251.50.
