Posting of a Circular convening a General Meeting

Personal Assets Trust plc (the "Company") has today published a circular in relation to the proposed amendment of the Company's articles of association (the "Articles") to permit the Company to distribute realised capital profits in order to maintain the dividend at the current rate and to reflect recent legislative changes.

The circular contains notice of a general meeting to be held at 9.30 a.m. on 15 April 2015 at 10 St. Colme Street, Edinburgh EH3 6AA at which shareholders will be asked to approve the proposed changes to the Articles.

A copy of the circular has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism which is located at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.do.
